Welcome to the Heartland South District of the United Methodist Church in Missouri. The District includes 64 rural and suburban churches with over 16,000 members and constituents. Our churches are of all sizes, each with a heart for doing ministry exceptionally well.
Our mission is to lead people to follow Jesus Christ by recruiting, resourcing, refreshing, and releasing excellent spiritual leaders who help transform a hurting world.
My prayer is that the information found here will encourage clergy, laity, and all who seek fresh ideas for fruitful living, to make a positive difference by engaging in outwardly focused ministries.
